    Acupuncture £70 - £60

    Fine, sterile, single use needles are inserted in specific locations around the body, each point has a function, the number of points used is dependent on your complaints.

    Fire Cupping

    Glass cups create a suction effect with the fire and placed on the body. To name a few benefits: cupping can be used for aches and pains, muscle tension and aid coughs and flu. Sometimes oil is applied to move the cups around and it is totally painless. It can be used as a stand alone treatment or as part of acupuncture treatment.

    Gua Sha

    Gua Sha can be used to relieve aches and pains, release tension, clear heat and to move Qi. It can be done as a stand alone treatment or as part of acupuncture treatment.

    Moxibustion

    Moxibustion (commonly known as Moxa) is a Chinese mugwort which is burned and used on specific points to help warm and nourish, and for fatigue. It can also be used to boost immunity, especially during the Autumn/Winter months. I use smokeless moxa in my clinic.

    Facial Acu + Cupping £110

    For my facial treatments I use ultra fine, sterile and single use needles around the face and areas of concern. I combine the needling with facial cupping and gua sha using 100% natural and organic prickly pear oil.
